Reservations at this popular New York bed and breakfast should be made as far in advance as possible. A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is requested within one week of making a reservation. Our acceptance of your booking is made with the understanding that you will be responsible for the entire reservation as listed.

A minimum of 14 days notice is required for cancellation and deposits are refundable, minus a $10 service charge. If cancellations are made less than 14 days prior to your scheduled visit, we will attempt to re-book the room, however, any losses incurred will be your responsibility. Four weeks minimum notice may be required for Holidays and Special Event weekends. No Cancellation on "Specials".
