Reservations at this popular New York bed and breakfast should be made as far in advance as possible. A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is requested within one week of making a reservation. Our acceptance of your booking is made with the understanding that you will be responsible for the entire reservation as listed.

A minimum of 14 days notice is required for cancellation and deposits are refundable, minus a $10 service charge. If cancellations are made less than 14 days prior to your scheduled visit, we will attempt to re-book the room. If we are unable to re-book the room, you will be charged for each night the room or rooms were reserved and charged with your credit card. Four weeks minimum notice may be required for Holidays and Special Event weekends. No Cancellation on "Specials".
